Order Processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days of placing your order, depending on the quantity purchased.
If the product is available in stock, it will be shipped within the mentioned timeframe. However, if the item is not readily available, additional time may be required for manufacturing before dispatch.
Orders are delivered within 3–10 working days from the date of dispatch, or as per the delivery schedule confirmed at the time of order placement.
Delivery to remote or out-of-service areas may take longer than the usual timeframe.
Any shipping costs charged by us (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, the original shipping charges will be non-refundable.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. We are unable to modify the shipping address once the order is placed.
In case your package is delivered in a visibly damaged condition or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
